As you probably know, the Islands On The Air (IOTA) contest is at the end of this month. While many of you are not contesters, the event will mean the ‘activation’ by amateurs of numerous islands across the world during the contest weekend (30-31 July) and in the days leading up to it. If the challenge of working far-flung and exotic island stations is your cup of tea – and you wish to be recognised for your efforts – the IOTA Program will be for you, as veteran island activator Cezar Trifu VE3LYC explains in his video.’
