QSLing for QSOs with GB0DBA
- Each QSL card sent will show the details for a single QSO, only.
- If you are making a request shortly after the conclusion of the GB0DBA operation, please make allowance for us having to prepare the computer logs on which our QSL records will be based.
- For a card to be sent to you Direct, you may request it via Club Log’s OQRS (‘Online QSL Request’). Cost: £2.00 (2.00 GBP). This amount applies to recipients with postal addresses throughout the world, including those in the UK and its Crown Dependencies.
- For stations with postal addresses outside of the UK and its Crown Dependencies (CD), Direct cards can ONLY be requested via Clublog’s OQRS.
- For stations with UK/Crown Dependency postal addresses, only, we will send you cards Direct if you send us stamped, self-addressed envelopes (SAEs), together with the details of the related QSOs. No payment to us will be required in such cases.
- Do NOT send us cash (notes and/or coins) under any circumstance.
- Replies to all cards received (except those from stations with UK/CD postal addresses who have sent through stamped SAEs) will be via Buro. However, we prefer that, in order to get buro cards, you order these via Clublog’s OQRS, for which there will be no charge from us. (See bullet point below.)
- If you would like a card, and wish it to be sent via the Buro, the request can be made through Clublog’s OQRS. There will be no charge for this from us.
Short Wave Listeners (SWL’s) reports
We welcome reception reports from SWLs and if you would like a QSL card in return please follow the instructions below.
- If you would like a card, and your postal address is in the UK or in a Crown Dependency, you may send us a stamped, self-addressed envelope, and we will forward a card to you. No payment to us will be required in such a case.
- Replies to all cards received (except those from stations with UK/CD postal addresses who have sent through stamped SAEs) will be via the Buro.
- If you are requesting the card be sent direct, please send us £2.00 (2.00 GBP) via PayPal. The amount applies to postal addresses throughout the world, excluding the UK and its Crown Dependencies. To do this, visit Stockport Radio Society’s payments webpage (https://www.g8srs.co.uk/paymentstosrs/), and read the instructions relating to ‘PayPal.’ Then, click the ‘Donate with PayPal button.’ Put £2.00 into the amount field, and tick the box ‘Add [quoted amount] to help cover the fees.’ When prompted, click ‘+ Add a note to your donation,’ and type in the following into the field: ‘GB0DBA Card for [Your full name] [your full postal address].’ We will, then, send the card directly to you.
